NETWORK MARKETING

 Neil Ashworth Platinum Quality Author

The Network Marketing Business Journal is a trade publication that focuses on the world of network marketing. Network marketing is also commonly referred to as direct sales or multilevel marketing (MLM). These companies are structured so that individuals who sign on build their own business and recruit new associates. An individual's income is based on the income of those in their downline, and every individual has an upline and a downline - hence the term, "multi-level." Currently there are over 13 million network marketing entrepreneurs in North America Alone. Worldwide, the numbers are staggering.
The publication is meant for both the individual entrepreneur and those on the corporate side of things - to cut through the nose and give investors the best information on the companies with whom they spend their money.
The publication has been around since 1986 when it was called Money Maker's Monthly. Each month, the magazine focuses on companies who are doing well, products that are worth selling, vendors that are worth knowing, and success stories of individual distributors. The publisher, Keith Laggos, is well respected in the direct sales industry and lends his expertise not only to the magazine, but is also a successful consultant in the network marketing world, speaks at industry functions, authors articles for other publications, and has represented the US direct sales industry overseas.
The publication is an industry leader. As trade publications fail almost every single day, NMBJ has been around for many years, and continues to thrive. Its circulation is the highest in the direct sales industry and they publish in seven languages, in seven countries and have a total distribution of over 50 countries worldwide. And NMBJ is one of the few publications left in the world who will give a free sample issue for readers to try on for size - customer service at its finest.
The publication is best for those who are established in the industry. New recruits might be overwhelmed by the jargon and amount of information found between the covers. Intermediate and experienced MLM professionals, however, will be right at home and will benefit from the corporate information and tips of the trade. That is not to say, however, that novices won't benefit from the content. In fact, it may help shorten the learning curve associated with the network marketing industry.
